Twelve point cells

Some of the following twelve point cells are defined in Tom Krajci's web page
"12 point mirror cell - design ideas that may be helpful". The rest are
alternative layouts with different symmetries on the outer rings.

There are four basic support point layouts: two with a three way symmetry and
two with a four way symmetry. All have alternative parts layouts, which leads to
the multiple designs presented here. More details on the first five cell designs
can be found on Tom's page.

Although the cells all have similar perfomance values, some have better P-V
performance while others have better RMS performance. The following table
compares the cell performances for a 10in by 1in thick f/6 pyrex mirror:

      		RMS P-V
      12a-b-c 4.13E-07 3.06E-06
      12d-e 4.94E-07 2.97E-06
      12f-g-h 4.02E-07 3.07E-06
      12i-j 4.35E-07 2.43E-06
