[Atmswap] Rules?

Some of you may have noticed I have not turned up the archives yet.  This 
software allows for multiple administrators.  I have had various thoughts.  
You can open up posting to anyone or limit it to list members.  We could 
allow anyone to post but hold all mail for approval.  This way we could just 
allow people to browse the archives from time to time and allow them to add 
pictures.  Or we could have a seperate ftp upload site and have links to 
items.  The down side to archives are bots gathering email information.  I 
have the email list turned off to all but administrators at the moment.
