[Raytrace] Dall Null

I entered the data from the last file you sent and got
0.1281 P-V wavefront error.  Considerably better than
I had, but not the number you got. Here is the lens

It is almost exactly the same as yours. Troubling that
I didn't get the same result. Can you think of any
reason for this?
