I did find logs saying it went out to some 16 recipeients.

We have picked up some new members.  I haven't been watching.  I had to
check to see that we had that  many digest recipients. :-)  Did any
other digest member not get 10.  Just because the software said it went
out, doesn't make it so.  If not take a look at the archives to see what
you missed.
