[Atmswap] Pitch Tester's

I can build both type of pitch tester that I have data for. The one by
Texereau and the one at

I will build it for the cost of Materials plus $20 bucks. I think it
should turn out to be less than Fifty more like $35. for the whole thing
plus shipping. Who knows might get it all done for $30. Have to build a
few to see if I am right.
